Gluten free turkey lasagna

Ingredients
Gluten free (rice lasagna noodles) x 6Tub of 1% fat cottage cheese300 grams of partly skimmed mozzarellajar of ragu spaghetti saucecan of diced tomatoes1/ 2 bag of spinach1 yellow peppermushroomsonionsgarlic2 lbs of extra lean ground turkey
Directions
Saute mushrooms, garlic, onions and peppers. Add ground turkey and cook through
Add tomatoes and sauce and spinach.
Assemble lasagne, starting with layer of sauce, layer of noodles, layer of cottage cheese and mozzarella. Repeat once. Then top noodles with remaining meat sauce and add cheese. bake covered with foil at 350 then for last 10 minutes remove foil. Let stand for 5 minutes. makes 12 servings. Enjoy!
