Egg Salad

Ingredients
4 hard boiled eggs2 tbs. mayonnaise4 tbs. dijon mustard1/4 cup spring onions, chopped1/4 cup celery, chopped1 tsp. dill weed
Directions
Boil eggs 7 minutes, chop up in bowl. Add chopped celery and chopped spring onions. Add mayonnaise and mustard and dill weed. Put 2 tbs. of egg salad on whole wheat bread.

Makes 4 servings - 2 tbs. per serving.
