Fiber One Apple Cinnamon Muffins (low fat)

Ingredients
1 box Fiber One Apple Cinnamon Muffin Mix (dry).1/2 cup "Better N' Eggs" egg substitute.1 large apple chopped 3/4 cup water
Directions
-Chop apple in food processor until almost liquid.

-Add the remaining ingredients and mix just until moistened.

-Pour into 12 large muffin cups (greased).

-Bake at 425 for 15 - 20 minutes until golden brown and tops spring back when touched.
