Mexican Pizza

Ingredients
I chicken breastMrs. Dash extra spicy seasoning, or taco seasoningKC masterpiece Fajita Marinade (or other brand)1 low-carb/high fiber tortilladiced tomatoes ( as many as you like)2 tbsp hot sauce (taco bell or other brand)1/4 cup cheese (cheddar, or colby jack )2 tbsp sour cream
Directions
Cut chicken into small pieces
Coat frying pan with pam or olive oil
Pour 2 tbsp KC masterpiece over chicken and season
Cook chicken about 10 minutes on med. heat stiring occasionally
Pour taco sauce on tortilla (like you would pizza sauce)
Place cooked chicken on tortilla, cover with cheese
Either bake on 400 for 10 minutes, or broil on high for about 2 mins (broiling is much faster and I think makes it crispier)
Use tomatoes and sourcream for toppings
Makes 1 serving, easy to duplicate for as many as you would like!
