Sweet Potato Curry Fried Rice

Ingredients
Brown Rice, medium grain, 2 cup cooked adzuki, mature seeds, raw, .5 cup Sweet potato, 2 sweetpotato, 5" long Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Garlic, 4 cloves Ginger Root, 2 tsp Curry powder, 1 tsp Turmeric, ground, .5 tsp Peas, frozen, 1 package (10 oz), thawedSesame Oil, 1 tbspSalt, 1 tsp
Directions
Cook the rice and beans separately. Microwave the potatoes for 4-5 minutes until cooked but firm.

Saute onion and garlic in oil until soft. Add sweet potato and saute briefly. Add spices.

Add rice, beans and peas and cook until well mixed and hot.

Add salt to taste.
