W2G Broccoli and Bacon Quiche

2 tbsp Butter, salted1.5 cups Chopped Onions.5 cups Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat shredded.5 cups Swiss Cheese 1 tbsp *Hormel Bacon Bits 2 cups Broccoli cooked and chopped 4 Eggs 1 cup Milk, nonfat 2 tbsp Flour, whole grain2 Pie crusts ready-to-bake1 tsp Dry MustardSeasonings
Preheat oven to 375.
Melt butter in a pan and saute onions until translucent. Cook and chop broccoli.
In a bowl beat eggs, add milk, flour, dry mustard and salt and pepper to taste (you may also choose to add other flavorings i.e. paprika, cayenne or thyme) .
Place cheeses, broccoli, bacon bits (small pieces of ham may also be used) into the pie crusts (divided evenly).
Divide liquid mixture between pie crusts and bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until set.
**The serving size is set to 16 because you would divide each quiche into 8 pieces.
