Ingredients
1 1/2 TBSP Dark Cocoa (the darker the better)1 1/2 TBSP Sugar (or sugar substitute)1 Cup Nonfat Milk
Directions
Mix cocoa and sugar together while heating up milk on the stovetop. Once milk is warm begin mixing in sugar/cocoa mixture. Stir until lumps are gone and milk is to desired temperature.
