Country Fried Steak

6 - 3oz Cube Steaks2 Eggs, Beaten1 Cup 1% Milk2 Cups Crushed Saltine Crackers1tsp Salt1tsp Black Pepper1tsp Onion Powder1tsp Garlic Powder4 Tbsp Canola Oil
Mix eggs, milk, and seasonings in a large bowl. Place Cube steaks in egg/milk mixture and let sit for 15 min in refrigerator.
Meanwhile, crush the Saltine Crackers and place them into another large bowl.
Pour oil in nonstick pan and preheat on med.
While oil is heating, remove steaks, one at a time and place into crushed crackers (coating both sides). Place steak in heated pan with oil. Repeat with remaining steaks.
Cook steaks on first side until crisp and brown (about 5 min). Turn and cook for additional 2-3 min or until done
