Indian Beef with Cauliflower

1 tbsp olive oil2 lbs moose meat, chopped2 finely chopped onions1 tbsp minced ginger root 2 cloves garlic, minced1 two-inch cinnamon stick1 tsp pepper2 bay leaves (crushed)1 tbsp cumin1/2 tbsp coriander1.5 cups beef stock2 tbsp tomatoe pastesalt1 red bell pepper, diced1/4 can diced green chilis5 cups cauliflower (pre-cooked)plain yogourt and cilantro to garnish
1. Brown chopped moose meat in olive oil and transfer to slow cooker
2. Reduce heat to medium and add onions, and cook until softened. Then add ginger root, garlic, cinnamon stick, pepper, bay leaves, cumin and coriander and cook, stirring for one minute. Add beef stock and tomatoe paste and bring to a boil. Season to taste with salt. Transfer to slow cooker and mix well.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours until meat is tender. Remove cinnamon stick. Add red pepper and chili peppers and stir well. Stir in cooked cauliflower. Cover and cook on high for 20 minutes until pepper is tender.
To serve, garnish with a drizzle of plain yogourt and cilantro
