Ingredients
*Creamed Corn, 2 cup Yellow Corn, 2 cup (whole kernal, drained)Corn Muffin mix, 8.5 oz Egg, fresh, 2 large (separated and beaten)Salt, 1 dash *Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 8 oz *Land O Lakes Fat Free Ultra-Pasteurized Half & Half, 4 tbsp Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 8 servings or 1/2 cup softened
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, pour into souffle pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done..
