Hummus Pita Pizza

Ingredients
1 - Whole wheat pita2 TBSP - Hummus1/4 C- Finely shredded part skim MozzarellaRoma Tomato - choppedCucumber- choppedBlack Olives- chopped or slicesScallions (green onions)- dicedBroccoli- finely choppedBell Pepper (yellow or red)- chopped
Directions
Spread hummus on pita. Sprinkle cheese over hummus. Add veggies on top of cheese and place under broiler. Broil until desired doneness.

(If you like a really crispy pita, broil you pita first a little bit, or heat up a pizza stone under the broiler and place pizza on stone.)
