Ingredients
cabbagecubed lean beefchicken or beef brothonionssaltpepperspices
Directions
in olive oil, fry onions and any other diced vegetables you want to add, until translucent. add beef and cook thoroughly, while adding salt, pepper, any other seasonings you like. the idea is to season the meat. add 2 cups of broth. chop 3 heads of cabbage, add to pot, bring to a boil. as the cabbage cooks, wilts and gets soft, you can add more and more cabbage, until it's all soft and cooked. add as much cabbage as will cook down.
