93/7 ground beef 12 ozOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedred pepper, 1 cup, chopped1 large fresh tomato chopped*Pace Chunky Salsa - 1 cupInstant brown rice 2 cups cooked Season as desired (taco seasoning is good)
Cook rice and set aside. I use boil in bag. EASY! Cook ground beef. Season as desired. I used about a tablespoon of taco seasoning. Add onions and peppers. I put the tomatoes in after the onions and peppers had cooked for a few minutes. Saute until tender. Add salsa and rice. Cook together for a few minutes and enjoy. Makes 5 - 1 cup servings.
