Crockpot Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
2 cans (10 oz) Enchilada Sauce2 cans (13 oz) Canned Chicken1/2 tsp Oregano1/4 tsp Cumin (optional)1 cup Sour Cream2 cups shredded cheese8 corn tortillas
Directions
Mix enchilada sauce, chicken, oregano, cumin, & sour cream. Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Layer sauce mixture, cheese, tortilla (I did it 3 times) and then top with more cheese.

Cook on high in crockpot for 2 1/2 hours. Makes 8 generous servings.
