Ham & Cheese Macaroni Casserole

2 c. Elbow Macaroni1.5 c. Ham, cubed1 can Cream of Mushroom soup (undiluted)1/2 c. Milk1 c. Broccoli, chopped1 tbsp. Margarine1/4 tsp. Salt1/4 tsp. Pepper1/2 c. Mozzarella Cheese1 c. Cheddar Cheese1/4 tsp. Paprika2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Boil macaroni. Add broccoli. Boil until tender.
3. Turn heat to low. Add ham, soup, milk, salt, pepper and margarine. Stir together.
4. Transfer to baking dish.
5. Stir in mozzarella. Top with cheddar cheese.
6. Bake for 5-10 minutes.
7. Remove and top with paprika and parmesan cheese.
Makes 5 servings of approximately 1 cup.
