1 lb ground Italian Hot sausage. Or you can use the links and cut them down to size.1 Lg. White Onion2 Tsp Garlic ( Minced)5 Cubes of Chicken Bouillon1 -1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes 10 C. Water1 C. Heavy Cream1 lb or 3 Lg Potatoes ( the red ones are good in this soup too. I use what ever I have on hand)
Start the water to boil add the chicken bouillon cubes. Mean while brown the sausage with the bacon, pepper flakes, and onions. Once the meat is cooking start to chop up potatoes into bit size peices. Drop them into the now boiling water. add the cooked sausage mixture and right before serving add the cream to the pot.
