Savory Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients
1 C egg substitute4 mushrooms, slices1 roma tomato. diced1/3 avocado, diced2 tbsp reduced fat sour creamGarlic powderOnion powderpepper
Directions
Saute mushrooms in a little bit of water.
Add tomatoes and seasonings. Saute a bit longer.

Add the egg substitute to the sauteed veggies. Cook until eggs are completly done.

Plate scramble mixture and top with avocado and sour cream.
