1 pound lean ground turkey/or super lean ground beef1 MEDIUM ONION DICED3 CLOVES GARLIC DICED1 GREEN BELL PEPPER DICED1 RED BELL PEPPER DICED1 CAN MILD GREEN CHILIES OR HOT OR MEDIUM DEPENDS ON HOW HOT YOU WANT THIS1 15OZ CAN TOMATO SAUCE1 15OZ CORN DRAINED1 15OZ GREEN BEANS DRAINED1 CUP MERLOT WINE OR ANY RED WINE1 TO 2 TABLESPOONS CHILI POWDERSALT AND PEPPER TO TASTETOPPING1/2 BOX OF JIFFY CORN BREAD MIX1 CUP CHEDDAR CHEESE1/2 CUP MILK1 SMALL CAN CREAM CORN2 CANS SLICED BLACK OLIVES

BROWN TURKEY ON STOVE TOP WITH ONION, ONCE BROWNED ADD GARLIC, BELL PEPPERS, DICED GREEN CHILIES,TOMATO SAUCE, WINE, CORN, GREEN BEANS, CHILI POWDER, SALT AND PEPPER,LET SIMMER, TASTE IT YOU MAY NEED TO ADD A TOUCH MORE OF THE CHILI POWDER. YOU MAY NEED TO ADD A LITTLE FLOUR TO THE MIXTURE IF IT IS REALLY SOUPY YOU WANT IT TO BE THICK LIKE A CHILI. POUR INTO A 9X13 BAKING DISH HEAT OVEN TO 350

IN SEPERATE BOWL MIX 1/2 BOX OF THE CORN BREAD MIX, WITH SMALL CAN OF CREAM CORN, EGG, MILK AND 1/2 OF THE CHEESE, SAVE THE OTHER HALF OF CHEESE FOR LATER.

POUR OVER THE TOP OF THE TAMALE PIE MIXTURE, BUT DON'T MIX IT IN JUST LIGHTY LAYER ON THE TOP. BAKE APPROX 35 TO 45 MIN OR UNTIL THE CORN BREAD TOPPING IS GOLDEN BROWN. SPINKLE THE REMAINING CHEESE AND BLACK OLIVES OVER THE TOP AND SERVE
