Venison Tacos

12 ounces of ground venison (no beef or pork added!)1-2 tomatos..enough to get about 2 cups chopped1 pack Buena Vida whole wheat tortillas1 onion4 ounces Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese16 tbsp salsa (use the brand you like most)1 packet old el paso taco seasoning
Brown venison burger in a frying pan.
Drain (if needed), and add taco seasoning and cook according to directions on packet.
add 1.5 oz. venison/taco mixture, 1/8 cup chopped onion, 1/4 cup chopped tomato, 2 tbsp salsa, and .5 oz. cheese to each tortilla shell
can also add fat free sour cream if desired.
1 serving = 2 tacos
