1 Pot Pasta Chicken

Ingredients
boneless, skinless chicken breasts, olive oil, garlic, onions, sliced block olives, Italian seasoning, garlic, fine pasta, chopped green peppers and mushrooms.
Directions
Heat oil in a deep fry pan, begin browning the chicken breasts. Add chopped onion and garlic and continue cooking until onions are beginning to soften. Add canned tomatoes, olives and herbs. Let cook for 20 minutes. Add pasta and enough tomato juice to ensure pasta is covered. Continue cooking until pasta is preferred el denta. Serve with chopped parsley.
