Ingredients
6 tomatos4 eggs1 onion2 cloves of garlicginger rootsalt, pepper, cumin
Directions
Chop the onions, ginger root and garlic and fry in pan. Mix and add the eggs at minimum heat. Add salt, pepper and cumin to taste.
