Banana Almond Loaf

2.5 small ripe bananas, smashed1.5 cup whole wheat flour1/3 cup oil1/3 cup apple juice1/4 cup agave nectar1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/3 cup almonds, sliced1/2 tsp vanilla
Makes 9 servings
Preheat oven to 350
Mix ripe bananas, flour, oil and apple juice until combined. Then add agave nectar, baking soda, cinnamon and vanilla and mix until batter is smooth. Finally, fold in the almonds.
Spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and pour in batter and bake at 350 for 45 minutes to one hour depending on how well your stove heats.
