Ingredients
1 sprouted wheat tortilla (Burrito size)1/2 cup Vegan refried beans1/2 cup of your favorite veggies like yellow peppers, spinach or baby tomatoes. Hot sauce
Directions
Makes one serving

Place one sprouted wheat tortilla on a plate and spread 1/2 cup of refried beans. Place in the microwave for 20 seconds and then had 1/2 cup of veggies. Add desired amount of hot sauce, fold into a burrito and serve.

    Simple and filling with a nice flavor. Next time I think I'll reduce the beans to 1/4 cup and add in 1/4 cup rice to make the texture less "mushy". - 9/18/09
