Lemon-Berry Tofu Pudding

Ingredients
6 ounces lite firm-style tofu1 cup strawberries 1 tablespoon plus 1 tsp sugar free strawberry jam1 tablespoon lemon juice1/2 tsp vanilla1/2 cup blueberries
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender except blueberries, blend until smooth. Spoon half of tofu mixture into 2 bowls, top with blueberries, serve immediately or cover & refrigerate.
