Veggie Fajita

4 Flour Tortillas (12 inch)1 cup onion sliced1 cup mushrooms sliced2 cups cabbage shredded2 cups zucchini sliced in long strips1 package Lawry's Taco Seasoning
Using a non-stick frying pan, or coat with a non-stick cooking spray, and heat (high).
Add onions and mushrooms and saute until tender (3-5 min.)
Add cabbage and zucchini and quick stir (3 min.)
Reduce heat to medium and stir in package of taco seasoning (mild or hot).
Place tortillas on moist paper towel and cover with moist paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds.
Place 1/4 stir fry mixture into each tortilla and enjoy!
