Calzone Breadmaker Dough

Ingredients
1/2c water1c skim milk3T oil1.5t salt2T sugar1c white flour2c whole wheat flour1/3c wheat germ2T flaxseed, ground1t yeast
Directions
Makes 8 6"-8" calzones, although half of one is enough for me.
Add ingredients to breadmaker, as per manufacturers instructions. Set on Dough cycle. Once done, remove dough to a bowl and let sit for 10mins. Cut into 8 pieces and roll out into 6"-8" rounds, place filling on one side and fold over and seal. Cover and let rise until doubled. Cook in a 375deg over for 20-25mins.
