Crockpot three-bean soup with ground soy crumbles

Ingredients
1 pkg soy crumbles1 bag dried black beans1 bag dried red beans1 bag dried red kidney beans1 pkg frozen kernel corn2 large carrots (or equivalent baby carrots), sliced3 stalks celery, sliced1 medium red onion, chopped1 medium green bell pepper, chopped2 pounds ripe tomatoes1 can of V8 juice2 cloves garlic1 tbsp Italian seasonings5 cups water
Directions
Soak, clean, and rinse the beans per package directions. Prepare the vegetables (chopped or sliced). Place everything in the crockpot and stir. Cook on low for eight hours. Makes 22, one-cup servings.
