Strawberries & Cream Cheesecake

Ingredients
9" Graham Cracker Pie Crust2 (8oz) Packages Fat Free Cream Cheese1/4 Cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking (if you use regular sugar, use 1/2 cup)1 1/2 Cups Cool Whip Free1/4 Cup Sugar-Free Strawberry Preserves (such as Smuckers)1 Cup Thinly Sliced Strawberries2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
1) Refrigerate the crust until you're ready to use it.
2) Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla & strawberry preserves in a large bowl until blended.
3) Gently fold in about half of the sliced strawberries.
4) Fold in Cool Whip & stir gently until all ingredients are mixed completely.
5) Pour mixture over crust and top with the rest of the strawberries.
6) Refrigerate for about 3 hours, or until set.

Enjoy! Makes 10 servings - be sure to keep cheesecake refrigerated.
