Slow Cooker Chicken With Easy Sauce

Ingredients
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts2 Cans Healthy Req Cream of Chicken Soup(may use celery soup or mushroom soup1 can mushrooms with liquid (May use Fresh)1/4 cup cooking wine (I use burgundy)1 cup chopped celery1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)2 c ups cooked brown rice (I use one bag of success rice)
Directions
Put all ingredients EXCEPT for Rice in crock pot and stir until well mixed. Cook on Low for 10 hours. Serve over Hot Rice. Nutrition info includes Rice
