Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground round1 large onion, chopped, 1 can cream of mushroom soup2 c fresh sliced mushrooms4 c egg noodles1 c sour creamSalt, pepper, garlic to taste
Directions
Cook noodles according to package till almost done. Brown meat & onions. Add mushrooms & soup. Add sour cream. Season to taste. Either serve over noodles or mix noodles into hamburger mix.
Makes 6 servings.
