Organic Granola

1 cup porridge oats1 cup jumbo oats1/2 cup sunflower seeds2 tablespoons sesame seeds1/2 cup hazelnuts -- roasted1/4 cup almonds -- roughly chopped1/4 cup sunflower oil1/4 cup clear honey1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup dried sweetened cranberries
Preheat the oven to 275F. Mix together the oats, seeds and nuts in a bowl.
Heat the oil and honey in a pan until combined, the remove from the heat. Add the oat mixture and stir, then
spread out on one or two baking sheets
Bake for about 50 minutes until crisp, stirring occastionally to prevent the mixure from sticking.
Remove from the oven and mix in the raisins and cranberries. Leave to cool, then store in an airtight container.
Makes 12 servings. Great mixed with yoghurt.
