Healthy French Toast

Ingredients
2 slices Weight Watchers Wheat bread (or other light bread)1/4 cup Egg Beaters2 Tbs skim milk1 packet Splenda1/4 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup fresh or frozen red raspberries, sweetened to taste with Splenda
Directions
Combine Egg Beaters, skim milk, Splenda and cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Dip each slice of bread into the mixture, coating both sides. Cook in a non stick skillet, sprayed with Pam, until golden brown on both sides. Arrange on plate, top with raspberries and enjoy !!!
