Pirate Cookies (chocolate rum)

Ingredients
1 1/2C butter, softened2C sugar2Tbsp Dark Rum2 Extra Large Eggs3C flour1 1/2C unsweetened baking Cocoa1Tbsp Baking powder1 dash Salt
Directions
Cream butter and sugar together
Add rum then eggs one at a time
Combine dry ingredients then slowly add to mixture.
Roll into walnut sized balls and slightly flatten with sugar coated flat glass bottom
Place on nonstick baking sheet 2 inches apart
Bake for 11 minutes until soft and slightly cracked.
