Ingredients
2.5 cups chicken broth1 cup chopped apple1 cup chopped carrots1 can diced tomatoes1/2 cup chopped celery1/3 cup rice1 medium onion, chopped1/4 cup raisins1 T parsley1.5 tsp curry powder1 tsp lemon juice1/4 tsp pepper1/8 tsp nutmeg3 chicken breasts
Directions
Boil chicken breasts, then chop or shred into pieces. Add all ingredients, bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Serving size is 1 cup, makes about 12 servings.
