Introduction

I had some left over pizza dough so I thought I'd make some samosas! I had some left over pizza dough so I thought I'd make some samosas!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1/4 cup frozen peas and carrots
    1 medium potatoes
    1/5 frozen pizza dough package
    1/2 tbsp Pataks Madras curry paste

Directions

Cube potatoes and boil.
Drain, add peas and carrots and curry paste
Roll out dough
Cut out circles with a cookie cutter or a cup
Fill with curry
Pinch ends
Bake for 10 minutes or until brown
