Ingredients
Beef, eye of round, 1 piece, cooked, excluding refuse (yi (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)*Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)Thyme, fresh, 3 tsp (remove)Rosemary, 2 tbsp (remove)Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)Water, tap, 6 fl oz (remove)Garlic, 6 cloves (remove)
Directions
cut three slits in roast and place 3 gloves of garlic. Slice remaining garlic and put on roast, add spices potatoes and oinion. Quarter the potatoes and onion, add water and let the slow cooker do the rest.
