Low Fat Berry Bavarian Jello

Ingredients
1 pkg ( 8 serving size ) or 2 pkgs ( 4 serving )Raspberry or strawberry flavor sugar free1 1/2 cups boiling water1 cup cold waterice cubes2 3/4 cps thawed cool whip free( 44 Tbsp )
Directions
Stir boiling water into the gelatin in large bowl until dissolved. Mix cold water and ice cubes to make 2 cups. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any remaining ice.
Stir in whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth. Spoon into 8 dessert dishes.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Garnish with additional whipped topping, raspberries and mint, if desired. Calories are only for original recipe. Serves 8
