Ingredients
2 medium eggs2 tbsp of shredded cheese2 tbsp of nonfat milk1 medium apple (diced to your liking)1 serving of luncheon ham (sliced to your liking)
Directions
First, mix together the two eggs and the milk. If desired, throw in a dashof salt and pepper. Once mixed well, scramble the eggs. After the egs have been scrambled and still hot, mix in the cheese and ham. The diced apples can go on the side or on top of the eggs, however you prefer.

Makes 2 servings!
