Ingredients
1 cup rice1/2 cup lentils1 onion, diced3.5 cups vegetable broth2 vegetable bouillon cubes1 tbs. curry powder5 tsp. garlic powder3/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a crockpot, set to low and cook for 4 - 5 hours.
