ground turkeyspaghetti sauceonions, dicedbell peppers, dicedwhole wheat lasagna noodles, half of a boxlowfat cottage cheese2% velveeta cheeseLowfat mozzerella cheese
Brown your turkey meat with onions, bell peppers and garlic.. Drain any fat off..Pour in sauce and heat for at least 15 minutes..While sauce is simmering, cook the pasta noodles in water and drain when done..Layer the noodles and sauce and cheeses in a 13 x 9 baking pan..Leave the mozerella for last ..Put it on top and heat in oven for about 30 minutes..
