Turkey Burger Melt

* 1 Turkey burger patty ( i use jenno seasoned 160 cal )* 1 oz mozzarella ( from block slice thin to cover both sides of bread )* 2 tps Dijon Mustard* 2 Slices of white thin bread ( or what ever kind you like )* Butter flavor non stick cooking spray** you can add tomatos onions and lett if you like* A dash of garlic salt
Cook the Turkey burger the way the box says to.
In the mean time take your 2 slices of bread, take 1 tbs dijon and spead evenly on each slice, and add cheese.
When turkey burger is done put together.
Take butter fla spray and lighty spray one side of the bread, putting that side down first on a med heated pan. ( just like making a grilled cheese )
wile thats side is grilling spray the other side and sprinkle to your taste the garlic salt, flip and grill till cheese is nice and melted. making sure to press down to flatten it down at least once.
