Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 lbs round steak1 medium onion diced3 cloves garlic minced8 oz. package sliced mushrooms 1/4 cup flour1/2 stick butter2 cans Campbell beef consomme 12 oz package egg noodles1 cup reduced fat sour cream
Directions
Cut meat into thin strips about 1x2".
Dredge meat in flour to lightly coat shake off excess. Melt 2 tbsp butter in skillet and saute onions and garlic together over medium high heat until translucent. Remove from pan and set aside. Add mushrooms to pan and cook over medium heat until lightly browned. Remove from pan and set aside. Melt remaining butter and cook meat until browned. Return onion, garlic and mushrooms to pan and add beef consomme. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer uncovered 20 minutes or until sauce thickens. You may need to add some flour to the sauce if it's too thin. Meanwhile cook the egg noodles in a separate pan of boiling water and drain. Remove beef mixture from heat and stir in sour cream until well blended. Pore meat mixture over egg noodles and enjoy.
