Polish Sausage, Sauerkraut and Apples

Ingredients
1 lb polish sausage - I use hillshire farms1 lb sauerkraut1 large apple chopped3 medium potatos, peeled and quartered2 cups apple juice2 cups of water
Directions
Heat water and apple juice in a large pot or dutch oven, add all ingrediants and simmer or low boil until potato's are tender.
