1 pound uncooked elbow macaroni3 plum tomatoes1/2 medium onion5 oz sweet pickles(about 15 pickles)Spanish Olives (about 20 olives)1/2 cup Salad Dressing
Cook elbow macaroni according to package. While macaroni cooks prepare other ingredients.
Chop onion and tomatoes. Slice pickles and olives. Once macaroni is cooked strain and let cool. Once macaroni is cool mix all ingredients.
Makes about 6 cups which is 48 ounces. Suggested serving size is 1/2 cup. This recipe will make 12 servings.
