Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 lbs 93% lean ground beef 1 Lipton dry onion soup mix (optional; can use garlic instead) 1 can healthy request cream of mushroom soup0.5 pouch of the Trader Joe's Savory Beef broth concentrate water to thin out the sauce Light Daisy sour cream Frozen sweet corn kernels (Trader Joe's recommended) Frozen Peas Mushrooms (optional) Serve with either rice or wheat pasta, or Pappardelle egg pasta (Trader Joe's)
Directions
Brown the beef with dry onion soup mix. Add cream of mushroom soup, thin out with about 0.5 cup water. Add 1/2 pouch of the savory beef broth. Keep stirring till all is combined. Meanwhile cook the noodles (or rice) and the frozen vegetables. Add sour cream to the sauce mix last, then the cooked and drained vegetables. Can either spoon the sauce over noodles/rice, or add the noodles to the pan and toss in the sauce.
