Turkey Chili

1 TBS Olive Oilhalf of one medium onion chopped2 cloves garlic diced1 large carrot chopped1 cup chopped celery1 pound ground turkey meat1 TBS onion podwer1 TBS garlic powder0.5 cup tomato paste10 oz black beans10 oz pinto beans (ranch style if desired)10 oz dark red kidney beans2 tsp taco seasoning8 oz water
Heat up olive oil in a 6qt pot over medium-high heat. Add onions, garlic, carots and celery. Stir frequently until veggies begin to get soft. Add ground turkey meat, stir over the heat until turkey meat is cooked through (no pink left). Add spices and tomato paste, stir to combine. Add all beans and water. Stir well and let come to a strong boil for 5 to 10 minutes. Reduce heat and cover for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy. Makes about 10 one cup servings. Chili powder may be added for a spicier chili.
