Ingredients
1 gallon Whole Milk1 cup Lowfat Plain Yogurt with Live Cultures
Directions
Heat the milk until it almost comes to a boil. Pour into a non-metallic bowl. Cover and set on counter until it cools to 110-120 degrees F. Add one cup yogurt, stir, and cover. Place towels on and around bowl to keep warm. Let set for 8-12 hours or overnight. Do not disturb. Put into smaller containers and place in refrigerator for 4-5 days. Then enjoy.
