1 cup uncooked long grain brown rice2 cups water2 cups frozen peas, thawed1 carrot, shredded1 medium onion, chopped1 tsp low-sodium chicken bouillon graules1 tsp saltDash of pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients in a 3-qt saucepan; cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender. Yield: 6 servings
