Missy's Mommy's Meatballs

Ingredients

1 green pepper (chopped - 1 cup)1 onion (minced - about a cup)1 (10.5oz) can of Condensed Chicken with Rice Soup1 (10.75oz) can of Condensed Tomato Soup1 cup of water1 lb of ground beef1 egg4-5 crushed saltine crackers3 cups of egg noodles
* In a deep fry pan put the two cans of the condensed soups, cup of water, chopped green peppers and minced onions.
* Heat to a boil, then simmer stirring occasionally.
* WHILE that is heating up, make the meat balls...
*MEATBALLS:
beat slightly the 1 egg in a bowl
add the 4-5 crushed crackers
and the 1lb of ground beef
mix well all together!
* With mixture start rolling your meatballs and place in the already heating up soups, water, peppers, & onions in the fry pan.
*Simmer till meatballs are all cooked through
* I like to serve them over cooked egg noodles, but my Mom also would put them over mashed potatoes too. (this recipe's info is with the noodles).
Serve and enjoy!
