Simple Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
1 bag of frozen Cauliflower1 quart of water1 T. salt1 T olive oil3 tsp butter or chicken soup stock2 T chives
Directions
In quart of water cook with salt &cauliflower. Cook about 4 minutes.. While Cauliflower is cooking mix oil, chives and chicken stock, Ket them sit. When Cauliflower is done place vegetable in food processor, saving water for later, process. Start adding water back in until you get the soup as thin or thick as you want it. Once this is done add the oil, chive and chicken stock mix into it. Let it sit to steep for 5 minutes.
